I am a Professional Sales Development Speaker and my focus is on value – understanding it, creating and communicating it, delivering it and getting paid for it!
I have spoken at sales conferences, training events, and seminars all over the world helping sales organisations and businesses on their value journey.
I have published three bestselling books on value, have a widely used video package (The Value Challenge System) and I’m committed to challenging businesses to leverage their value more effectively (and profitably!)
I aim to be both inspiring and entertaining while delivering a serious message. The focus is on asking how to gain peak performance out of everything you do and develop a value focus towards business – this includes helping you move away from a “discount to win” approach! I have spoken to business audiences throughout the UK, Europe, UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, USA, Singapore and Australia.
I have established my reputation as a speaker through my consistent success in helping people at all levels achieve significant, measurable improvements in sales, revenue and margin.
With a degree in Hotel Management, I initially worked with the Trusthouse Forte catering group before pursuing a career in sales.
I have extensive experience in account management and the management of sales teams and have been an independent consultant since 1988. My passion is Value and Value-Based Selling (you might have guessed!). I work with organisations of all sizes helping them to optimise the effectiveness of their sales efforts, in terms of process, tools and skills.
I am a member of the Professional Speakers Association (PSA) and the International Speaking Federation.
