But what is value?
Some years ago I was speaking at a conference in Copenhagen to a group of senior sales people. The one thing they constantly told me they delivered to their customers was “value”. So I asked them to define value. Ten tables provided ten answers, written on ten cards. All similar, but all different. On one of the cards were just four words:
“Value is a Mystery”
